Delivery & Returns
Subject to stock, we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (Mon – Fri) and, if there are no issues with the given address, we would expect them to be delivered within 3 working days of despatch.
Our standard delivery charge is £5 which applies to most postal areas in the UK. For a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas and Northern Ireland, our delivery charge is £15 to £20.
For wholesale customers with a trade account, we charge a flat fee of £12 delivery which applies to all postal areas including Northern Ireland.
Changing an existing order
In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to a completed order you will need to place a new order for these items.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

If you're unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it please let us know in writing within 7 days of the original purchase date. You can email us on email@example.com or fax us on 01284 811533.
If you change your mind about an order once it has been dispatched, you will need to pay any postal return costs for the goods. We will then issue a refund to the value of your order. Goods can be returned to any of our shops if you have your original receipt or delivery note, we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
Any goods which develop a fault will be exchanged or refunded within the first 28 days of purchase if returned in its original condition (unless customer abuse/incorrect wiring is present).
After 28 days the goods will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion (unless customer abuse/incorrect wiring is present).
Warranty is void if:
- Serial number/label are removed or defaced
- Product shows sign of customer damage
- Product has been misused/altered/damaged
- Product has evidence of tampering
- Product has excessive wear and tear
- Product has not been used in accordance to usage guidelines
