Terms & Conditions


Please read through our Terms and Conditions most carefully so we can both avoid any unnecessary problems. We send out many thousands of parcels every year with no problems whatsoever, but occasionally things do go wrong and by utilising the information set out below, you will know exactly how to go about notifying us, etc.


Upon receipt of your parcel, please open and check the contents for damage. We ask this because sometimes parcels can look perfect on the outside but inside is another story. If you receive any goods that are damaged, please telephone us or write immediately because we will need to make a claim on the carrier. When communicating with us, please always quote the invoice number which can be found on the right hand side plus the account number which is in the middle of the invoice. This will immediately enable us to pinpoint your particular order.

If, after placing an order, you have not received your goods within, say, 3 weeks, please contact us. We try to keep most products in stock but there will be the odd occasion when we cannot fulfil an order. If there is going to be a long delay, we will let you know. If we cannot fulfil an order within 2 to 3 weeks, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reorder another product.


If you find that the product supplied needs warranty work, the following applies:

Any products supplied which are deemed to be faulty within 28 days of purchase date will be replaced free of charge with our No Quibble guarantee. However, we do reserve the right in the case of some electrical products where they have been wired incorrectly into the vehicle, to make a charge for the said repair. Also, and this especially applies to some electrical products, we will ask you to return the faulty product for investigation by our engineer prior to replacing under the 28 day ruling.

In any event we must ask customers in the case of any problems to contact us first so that they can obtain a customer concerns return number which should be used for the said return. This is very important and will enable us to handle any returns quickly and efficiently with the minimum time delay.

It should be noted that we do not refund postage on returned goods. However, we do return goods after repair free of charge.

All products are guaranteed for twelve months unless we feel they have been subject to more than average the amount of wear and tear (i.e customer abuse - rewiring/damage etc). Unfortunately due to the nature of chrome plating we cannot guarantee any chrome product against rust or tarnishing.

NB: Any items which are returned because you simply no longer require the product or find it unsuitable will be subject to a 10% handling charge before a refund is given.

If you do not wish to proceed with your order you have the opportunity to cancel it before proceeding with payment via the website. Alternatively, we must be advised at our head office (Freephone 0800 9800680) within 24 hours of you placing the order, within which time we will cancel the order and refund any payment. After 24hours the order will be processed.
