Delivery Times

Subject to stock, we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (Mon – Fri) and, if there are no issues with the given address, we would expect them to be delivered within 3 working days of despatch.

Please ensure the delivery address has someone available to sign for the parcel upon delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is present. (We cannot be held responsible for items left if we have photo proof of delivery). 

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95-£6.50 which applies to most postal areas in the UK. For a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas and Northern Ireland, our delivery charge is £15 to £20.

For wholesale customers with a trade account, we charge a flat fee of £12 delivery which applies to all postal areas including Northern Ireland.

Any orders returned to us due to the incorrect address being provided will be subject to an extra postage charge if you would like the goods re-sent. 

Changing an existing order

In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to a completed order you will need to place a new order for these items.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
